How will I know when my account balance needs refilling?

Your prepay balance can be viewed on the homepage on your online portal at any time. Once the prepay balance has reached an amount that is less than the cost of one referral, your card will be charged the refill amount.  You will receive a receipt email from billing@careinhomes.com when the transaction occurs.  If you would like to increase the refill amount to reduce the frequency of charges per month, please reach out to support@careinhomes.com or call 800-327-7302 x 1.
