Visit the Settings page in your client portal and change the account status to paused. You can choose to pause your account for up to 2 weeks or pause individual cost per lead services for up to 30 days.
You can pause your account through the portal: https://portal.careinhomes.com/login
Here are the steps:
1. Login with email address and password
2. Click on "Settings" on left side of page
3. At the top left of the page you will see "Account status" with a drop down that will say "Active"
4. Click on the word "Active" and select "Paused"
5. Select an Un-pause Date from the calendar of up to 14 days from the current days date.
6. Click on "Update Account" to save
7. To update your Un-pause Date, simply login to the portal, click on settings, click on "Un-pause Date" and choose your new Un-pause Date of within 14 days from the current date and click "Update Account" to save the new Un-pause Date.
8. To reactivate account before the specified date simply select "Active" from the account status menu, and then select Update Account.
This will pause your referrals for the duration that you have selected and will automatically un-pause on the date you provided.
