Visit the Settings page in your client portal to change the “Maximum referrals per day” and/or “Maximum referrals per month”. Please note that the time zone for cap limits is based in Central Time Zone.
Here's how:
- Log in to the portal
- Click on "Settings" on the left side of the page
- Below "Setting for Current Services" there are grey bars for each service, click on the grey bars to update the status, referral notifications, monthly caps, or zip codes.
- Update information and select "Save Settings" at the bottom
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each service you would like the change applied to.
