Can I set my account to only send referrals that meet or exceed my hourly minimum?

We understand that not all businesses offer the same minimum level of care. However, we do not guarantee a minimum number of hours a referral will need. Often times a patient who signs up for only 3 hours a week initially, will become a long term patient who needs more care over time. Therefore, we do not want to filter those prospects out for our agencies.
