If you are not receiving referral notifications we suggest trying the following:
- Ensure that the email address in question is added to the appropriate "Referral Delivery" field and spelled correctly.
- Add the following email addresses to your contacts list for each inbox: info@careinhomes.com, billing@careinhomes.com, support@careinhomes.com.
- Check your spam folder and mark any @careinhomes emails that are in there as not spam.
- Find an older email from us and reply to it, so that future emails will be accepted to your inbox
- Have your email administrator add our IP and domain to your white-list or approved sender list.

Please contact us after you have completed all of the steps above, and we will send a test referral to verify if the problem was resolved. Simply respond with "I’m ready for my test referral".
