To submit a return request, if on a returnable plan, go to the Referrals page in your client portal and find the referral you’d like to return. Using the drop down menu under the status column for that referral, select the option Request a Return for this Referral. You will be taken to our Returns screen where you will be prompted to choose a Return Disposition (reason) and elaborate in the notes field more about why you chose that reason. If you have questions about what is covered under our Return Policy, there is a copy available on that page for your reference. Once finished, make sure you click on the Submit Return button to finalize your request.
If you would like to request a credit for a paid lead from CareInHomes with a disconnected or out of service phone number and you are not on a returnable plan, please email the credit request with the referral ID associated to the disconnected phone number to support@careinhomes.com.
