I submitted a return request and got a notification that the request was processed, but don’t see where it was credited to my account.

For accounts with returnable referrals:

If your request was approved, the referral status will say ‘Returned’ and the credit will be added to your account balance.

If your request was denied, the referral status will say ‘Return Denied’.  To find out why the request was denied, click on the referral in question and reference the notes left by the Care In Homes verification team in the comments section of the referral information.
