How do I update the email address my referrals are sent to?

These types of settings can be updated through the portal.

Here's how:

1. Log in to the portal
2. Click on "Settings" on the left side of the page
3. Below "Setting for Current Services" there are grey bars for each service, click on the grey bars to update the status, referral notifications, monthly caps, or zip codes.
4. Look for "Email addresses for referral delivery" and update the field accordingly.
5. Update information and select "Save Settings" at the bottom
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each service you would like the change applied to.
